Reviewed October 15, 2026. Each record names the host comic, original composition, artist, release date, and supporting sources. Black-and-white versions stay with their color composition. A confirmed program entry can remain here while its exact original is researched; the status filter makes those gaps visible.

All twelve designs have been released. Final art changed some early descriptions: Fantastic Four #16 features Monsters, Inc., including Roz, while Doomquest #4 carries the Toy Story 5 / Fantastic Four #39 composition. Fantastic Four #16 and X-Men #37 still need exact original-cover identifications.
