Research notes and sources
The same Morazzo drawing appears on the NYCC Primer #1, indexed by CovrPrice at 750 copies. The regular series #1 Cover D remains solicited for December 2; its primary release date is preserved. Track as published because the convention primer treatment is already cataloged, not because regular #1 has shipped.
