Ice Cream Man #28 — Wolverine #1 Homage

Kowabunga Comics / Hero's Corner Comics homage virgin variant

Manu Silva cover for Ice Cream Man #28, cataloged as a Wolverine #1 homage. The sinister Ice Cream Man grins in a painted close-up with finger raised to his chin in the Miller pose, holding a cone like a claw. Lead originated from galko's League of Comic Geeks list 'Cover Homage: Wolverine #1'. LCG titles it 'Homage Virgin Variant' without naming the target; pose matches visually. Retailer text not found.
