Wolverine #1 (1982) collection
The Army of Darkness 1979 #3 — Wolverine #1 Homage
Cover D Stuart Sayger; Cover J limited virgin
Stuart Sayger cover for The Army of Darkness 1979 #3, cataloged as a Wolverine #1 homage. Cover D shows a half-zombie Ash raising a hand in a pose some LCG users say echoes Miller's Wolverine #1. Matching Sayger artwork appears on Cover D and limited virgin Cover J. Face-and-claw silhouette suggests Miller but lacks the opposite beckoning gesture; target attribution remains qualified. Do not confuse with Ken Haeser’s TMNT homage on this issue.
