Wolverine #1 (1982) collection

Do You Pooh? #1 — Wolverine #1 Homage

WonderCon exclusive Wolverine #1 homage variant (numbered /50)

Marat Mychaels and Sean Forney parody Campbell’s Deadpool Wolverine #1 variant, an indirect branch of the lineage. WonderCon exclusive variant billed as a 'Wolverine #1 Homage': a cartoon bear holds up cutlery 'claws' and beckons in the Miller pose. Indirect lineage: this drawing follows J. Scott Campbell’s Wolverine (2010) #1 Deadpool variant, rather than copying Miller’s original directly. GCD identifies Marat Mychaels pencils/inks and Sean Forney colors, signed after Campbell. Direct target is J. Scott Campbell’s Wolverine (2010) #1 Deadpool variant, not Miller’s original; Campbell was previously miscredited as this cover’s artist. WonderCon edition limited to 50 numbered copies. Retain only if indirect homages are in scope. Edition / ratio: Limited (image shows 5/50). Exclusive: WonderCon exclusive. Event: WonderCon.
